CANADIAN STORYTELLING DAY 8th Annual CSN
Theme “A Breath of Fresh Air”
Durham Storytellers are celebrating the Eighth official Canadian Storytelling Night during the month of November at various locations throughout the region. We changed our poster to "Day" for a reason, as many of our events take place in daylight too! Thanks to Storytellers of Canada for their continued support.
The theme "A Breath of Fresh Air" will feature stories and songs suitable for ages 8 - 108!
Canadian Storytelling Night–Soirée nationale du conte in late fall gives storytellers a reason to gather at the turn of the year when the nights grow longer and colder, a traditional time to meet around a fire or move indoors and start a winter’s storytelling season. The official Storytellers of Canada – Conteurs du Canada event takes place on Nov. 2 across Canada but has become so popular several groups share stories before and after as well! Storytelling for Everyone, Come listen! Catch the Magic! For more information about Durham Storytellers see www.durhamstorytellers.com
