I am thrilled to be performing this special STORY LOUNGE concert in my home town at the Abilites Centre on September 28th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. My guests are storyteller and djembe percussionist, George Blake, singer-songwriter and spoken word artist Niki Andre, and special guest Dmitri Machnine. Hope you will join us for the afternoon!

The concert is FREE to adults and older youth 14+ and begins at 2 p.m.
A special thank you to the Abilities Centre for partnering with me to organise ‘Story Lounge’ for Culture Days, and to Storytellers of Canada for awarding me financial support through grant application!
[h2]Culture Days with Durham Folklore Storytellers[/h2]
I am also part of the special storytelling events planned at various locations across Durham Region. I’ll be sharing musical stories at the Whitby School of Music on Friday evening, and in Port Perry on Sunday. Many events are open to the public!
